That's just it tho, it says "some features won't be available" but it doesn't say anything near "nothing will exist available".
Make it similar halo, once the campaign is installed, say ready to beginning. For smite, don't say ready to start until players can go into training matches offline. For Forza, allow atleast half the map to exist playable before being "able to outset".

Sorry to hear that y'all're dealing with that.
When you are having whatsoever kind of installation bug with digital games, then I would start check out our support page entitled Troubleshoot game or app installation problems on Xbox One to see if that helps with the problem.
If you are still having bug after that though, and then I would suggest trying a soft reset of your console.
It's a reset of your panel back to manufactory settings but ane that does non uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most bug.
Simply brand sure that before yous become ahead with information technology, that you lot do know all of the sign-in information for whatsoever/all of your accounts (equally they will be removed) and have piece of cake access to your cyberspace network .
As well make sure that y'all select the option denoted reset and go along my games and apps.

I agree that Set up to Start really hasn't been implemented very well. I think I remember reading it was upward to the developers on how information technology was implemented. I fully believe the new Fast Start feature which is spearheaded by MS themselves volition eventually take over for RtS and will work much better.

For the certain game I'm talking about (Forza Horizon iv) I'thou totally able to start the game. I fifty-fifty press "A" after the title screen, but after that its not "ready to play" cause I'm halted past a install that was at 100% in game, but 70.ane% done Xbox wise.

I empathise your frustration. I feel it as well. I believe the implementation and execution can be improved. Nosotros need developers to communicate more with Microsoft and players to indicate what is considered "Ready to Outset". For virtually games, "Ready to start" simply means loading the beginning menu for a game from my experience and goose egg further. We demand to know what "Ready to Start" ways for each game. Hopefully, this system is better implemented in the feature.

It has always said prepare to start even though they never are. They should go rid of it or take it work properly.
